Getfound-online.com referred to here as GFO, reserves the right to change any and all parts of this page or any other pricing found on this site prior to any contractual signing and or execution. All prices are final at time of agreement and will not be changed. However because of the scope of most work being offered by GFO, and in the future on behalf of or directly in part by GFO or any 3rd parties all contracts are considered final.
However even with the contract being noted and in most cases a time line will apply, all work is considered as a monthly scope and may be canceled by either party with a 30 day right to terminate notice being provided by either party to the other though a means of recite received letter or e-mail.
Note whenever a tangible or visible property is supplied by GFO on behalf of a client this property shall and will remain the sole property of getfound-online.com and or It’s owners or partners along with all controlling rights to said property, unless a prior written agreement is executed in advance of termination of said agreement.
Further more It is understood that any and all work being conducted By GFO on behalf of the client will be considered and will be maintained as private. GFO will not and has no rights to any personal, private or business related information, of any kind or type of said client. GFO will not sell, share, discuss or in any other way make public, disclaim or release clients information.
